What’s going on, folks — RazorMP here, and today we’re diving into the Wuben X4 flashlight. Full transparency up front: Wuben did send this light out for review, but that’s where the influence ends. I’ve tested plenty of flashlights over the years, and this one immediately stood out for reasons I didn’t expect.
Most EDC flashlights feel similar — tube-shaped, compact, and functional. The Wuben X4 breaks that mold. It looks like something out of a sci-fi armory: rectangular, sleek, futuristic. And when you hit the switch, it backs up the looks with serious performance.
The X4 is equipped with four LEDs pushing over 1500 lumens. That’s bright enough for tactical use, search work, or everyday carry. But it isn’t just brute force. Thanks to the rotary dial, you can fine-tune the beam to exactly what you need:

What surprised me most is the side light system. Six warm-white LEDs give off a soft, eye-friendly glow perfect for reading, working in a tent, or late-night tasks without blinding yourself.
Then Wuben went further and added an RGB module with seven color options. That turns this light into a beacon, safety marker, or even a bit of sci-fi flair when you want it. Few EDC flashlights offer this level of versatility.
The Wuben X4 flashlight is smaller than most 18650 lights, but don’t let the size fool you. It’s IP68-rated, meaning it’s waterproof, dustproof, and drop-resistant. Add in a magnetic tailcap and mount slot, and now you’ve got a hands-free work light for cars, tool benches, or campsite setups.

Here’s something I don’t usually say in a flashlight review: the Wuben X4 feels like an ASMR fidget tool. The rotary dial, the sliding switch, the magnetic click of the tailcap — it’s oddly addictive to play with, even when you’re not using the light.
