Evergreen GuideCarry Setup Checklist
Before I call any carry setup “ready,” it has to pass this checklist. Keep it simple, reliable, and repeatable. Fancy gear does not replace consistency.
Daily Carry Checklist
- Confirmed reliability with your defensive ammo.
- Holster retention and trigger coverage verified.
- Belt and holster position tested for comfort while moving, driving, and sitting.
- Optic/iron backup zero confirmed and screws checked.
- Spare mag carry method practiced, not just purchased.
Training Checklist
- Cold-start draw-to-first-shot drills at realistic distance.
- One-handed manipulations and reload reps.
- Malfunction clearing with your actual carry setup.
- Low-light validation with your real carry light configuration.
